How to reach PKGSmith

Product and technical support
Email support@pkgsmith.app for help installing PKGSmith, opening or saving .pkgsmith projects, building DMG or PKG artifacts, using the command-line interface, or understanding an error in the build log. Include the PKGSmith version, macOS version, the artifact type, and the relevant error text. Do not send signing certificates, private keys, passwords, notarization credentials, license keys, or other secrets.
Licensing, billing, and privacy
Use the same email address for purchase, license, invoice, refund, or privacy questions. When contacting support about an order, include the email address used at checkout and the Polar order identifier if available, but never include full payment-card details. Privacy requests should clearly describe the information or account involved so the request can be identified and answered efficiently.
Business and security inquiries
Fogh Development also receives procurement, partnership, legal, and responsible security disclosures at support@pkgsmith.app. For a security report, provide reproducible steps, affected versions, likely impact, and a safe way to follow up. Email is the official contact channel. Messages are reviewed in Denmark, and response time can vary with the complexity of the request.
