EU consumer withdrawal right
For consumer purchases made at distance (such as online checkout), EU law generally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Digital download exception
For digital content, the withdrawal right may be lost once delivery starts if, before delivery, you gave explicit consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that this ends the withdrawal right, and we provided confirmation.
How to exercise withdrawal or request a refund
Send your order reference and purchase email to support@pkgsmith.app. For statutory withdrawal requests, contact us within 14 days from purchase.
Business purchases and goodwill refunds
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply in the same way to business-to-business purchases. Outside statutory rights, we may still provide discretionary goodwill refunds.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider. Processing times are determined by your payment method and financial institution.
Charge disputes
Please contact support first so we can resolve billing issues quickly before opening a payment dispute.
