PKGSmith is provided by Fogh Development, Denmark.
License
Purchase grants the right to use PKGSmith under the license terms shown at checkout. Saving projects and opening existing projects in the app requires a valid license. The build-only CLI may still build from an existing project file without a license, including in automation workflows.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, resell, or redistribute PKGSmith in violation of applicable law or license restrictions.
Warranty and liability
PKGSmith is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fogh Development disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
